Meet Lori Jamison, BSN, RN

Lori earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing and her associate’s degrees in Nursing and Medical Assisting from Arkansas State University. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Nursing specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University to further her profession in mental healthcare. She has dedicated 10 years of providing healthcare to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. 

Lori’s path began in a long-term rehabilitation setting with geriatric clients experiencing dementia and various other illnesses. She tended to children, adolescents, and adults as a Charge RN in an acute intensive inpatient setting.  During her career, she cared for patients experiencing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, psychosis, trauma, mood disorders, substance abuse/addiction, and numerous medical illnesses.

Lori is passionate about continuing education and enhancing professional experience to promote the use of current evidence-based approaches in her clinical practice. She believes in developing an individualized treatment plan for clients to allow recovery in a way that is the best fit emotionally, socially, and cognitively.
