She graduated with a BS in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She has over 40 years of experience in healthcare. She has worked as a Patient Advocate for 18 years and is competent with complaint/grievance resolution. She is an excellent listener, and strives to provide excellence in the patient experience. She has also worked as an Involuntary Court Coordinator for two and a half years coordinating with General Sessions Civil Court.
She is currently an Administrative Assistant at the Transformation Center involved with scheduling, communication, and coordination of FMLA and STD paperwork.
She enjoys helping others and is on the board of the Arc Mid-South which empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
