Professional counselors recognize the important role which physical health and well-being plays in mental and emotional health.
To that end, our counseling center is a vital part of our wellness center. It provides services that richly compliment psychological counseling.
Among those are:
Massage Therapy
Nutritional Counseling with Registered Dietitians
Yoga
Pilates
Personal Training
These services are also provided by licensed or certified staff dedicated to help you meet your overall health and wellness goals.
A word about payment options
Our counselors accept insurance payments from a variety of companies. When you call to make an appointment, please indicate your insurance company and we will inform you at that time if we accept your carrier. If so, we will contact them to determine your benefits and inform you of our findings.
Self-Pay
Our private pay rate is normally $80.00 per 50 minute session. We have a sliding scale for those who qualify, based on .1% of adjusted gross annual household income.
For example, a client whose household income is $60,000 would pay $60 for each session. Normally, the minimum rate accepted is $50.
